PROCEDURE

You can make use of a non-binding personal conversation. This enables you to ask all of your questions relating to the therapy and to the exact procedure. Patients suffering from headaches have got priority at the appointment assignment.

In case of serious interest in the treatment, there are two possibilities: In case you have to travel from further away, and you indicate particularly that you possibly also want to be examined after the initial contact, we take the required time in the schedule into account.

Or you arrange a separate appointment for the examinations with our secretariat. Appointment for examination can be made either for morning or afternoon. However, the examination at 2 o’clock in the afternoon is more favorable for the journey to get here.

Examinations:

The examinations are less stressful. For that and the subsequent consultation, a total of about 3-4 hours is required. Thereby it is also often carried out by putting drops in the eye in order to dilate the pupils, which causes that you may not drive a car for approximately 2 to 3 hours after the examinations.

Day of treatment:

On the day of treatment it is mostly treated in the mornings from 8 o'clock,  11 o'clock or from 2 o’clock in the afternoon. Medical monitoring is performed up to 3 hours afterwards. After this period of time, the vision goes back to normal in most cases. Then you may drive back home again by yourself.

For patients, who are in an extremely rush:

The examination and the treatment can basically be done in one day, but it is not always convenient for patients who are suffering from headaches.

(From 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. - preliminary examination, from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. - treatment and monitoring)
